We offer different shipping methods in our checkout and also give an estimate of the delivery time.

When the clothes are personalised with a logo or name embroidery, the delivery time will increase:

  • Logo embroidery: +4-6 weeks
  • Name embroidery: +1 week

Orders should always be placed via the webshop, just like with any other online retailer. We automatically give volume discounts when the order value increases.

However, you can request a quote for orders with an order value above £5000 or in the case of logo embroidery (+5 pieces).

You will automatically receive volume discounts on your order in our webshop when the order value is above £500:

  • £500 - £1000 = 2% on your entire order
  • £1001 - £2500 = 3% on your entire order
  • £2501 - £5000 = 5% on your entire order
  • £5001 - £7500 = 7% on your entire order

For orders above £5000 or with logo embroidery (+5 pieces), please contact us for a quote.

Le Nouveau Chef UK is an online retailer that sells directly via this webshop and is building a network of Authorized Dealers in the United Kingdom.

If you want to dress a full crew of +10 people with Le Nouveau Chef, contact us for an appointment at our London office or at your restaurant/hotel/office.

Name embroidery

You can use our embroidery tool to order embroidered text directly on your clothing. If this option is available on a product, the Add embroidery button will appear after size selection. Follow the steps to add your text.

The additional delivery time for text embroidery is approximately one week. Would you like a custom position or embroidery? Then please contact us.


Logo embroidery

You can add logo embroidery to your clothing when ordering 5pcs or more.

To receive a quotation and embroidery concept, please send us an email to info@lenouveauchef.co.uk with the information below:

  • Products (name, colour, size and number of items)
  • Logo position(s) on the garment
  • Logo size (width)
  • Logo files (of sufficient quality)

If you would also like to add text embroidery, please use the embroidery tool on a product page to send us the information below:

  • Text position on the garment
  • Font (select from the available fonts)
  • Colour (select a colour, or provide us with the PMS colour code.

Upon receipt, we will send you an embroidery proposal and quote within 3 days. After payment, we will start the embroidery process (4-6 weeks).

Additional delivery time for personalised items is 1 week for a name embroidery and 4-6 weeks for a logo embroidery (if in stock).

If a product has multiple sizes, our size table will open automatically when selecting the size. In addition, we offer a fit quiz to help you determine your size. Just click on the button Fit Finder - Find your size to start the quiz.

We currently do not offer payment options where an order can be paid afterwards.

In this case, we recommend signing up for our back-in-stock notification. Simply enter your email address when a particular size is unavailable.

We regret that you have reason to complain and we will try our best to help you.
In case of a complaint, we ask you to send it to us in writing by mail or by phone directly when it occurs - please have your customer and order number ready for this (alternatively, the invoice number is also possible).

In most cases we ask you for a photo of the damage so that we can discuss the next steps with you. For example, is a return necessary or do we simply send a replacement? What exactly is the case and is there a claim?

You can be sure that we take your concerns seriously.

It is possible to register in the Le Nouveau Chef webshop without placing an order. This is possible in the upper right corner of the main page: My Account

Before wearing, we recommend that you always wash the garment first at 30° C on the short programme with a small amount of detergent. This removes the finish from the garment and allows the fabric to breathe.

For all garments, the washing result is best if the laundry is washed according to the washing label and the washing machine is not overloaded. Place the clothes inside out in the washing machine. Blouses and shirts remain intact by using a laundry bag. If possible, it is a good idea to wash the garment immediately after wearing it - this way, stains do not have a chance to penetrate too deeply into the fabric. Choose a crease-resistant programme, do not use fabric softener and moderate the amount of detergent.

We would like to draw your attention to the washing instructions for Le Nouveau Chef garments. We recommend that you follow these instructions for optimum quality and guarantee. For more information Fabric & Care

You're probably on the wrong website. In the footer, there is an option to choose from your region, country and language.

It is not possible to return the chef jackets for embroidery. We recommend that you place a new order in the webshop. You can return the chef jacket that you have in your possession, provided the item meets the specifications (see Returns).

Check that all required details are ticked. However, it is also possible that the product is currently unavailable and therefore embroidery cannot be added. We recommend that you try again at a later date and/or sign up for the ‘back-in-stock’ e-mail that informs you of availability.

If the product is available and the problem still occurs, please contact us.

In this case, the product has been reserved or added to the shopping cart by someone else at that moment. Please try again one day later. Maybe the other order was not triggered and the product is available again.

These "nodules" are so-called pilling, which is caused by friction and can occur from time to time with loosely spun yarns (e.g. functional underwear, similar to our chef's jackets). It is a mechanical effect that occurs when wearing (e.g. several shirts on top of each other) and occasionally in the washing machine. This is NOT a guarantee case or reason for complaint.

To prevent this effect, it is important to follow the washing instructions and wash the garment first at 30 degrees and then always inside out.

In general, we recommend that you follow the washing instructions to prevent damage and to maintain the guarantee.

We try to ship an order within 1-2 business days* after you receive your confirmation. When an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the track and trace number. Make sure the email address is entered correctly and check your spamfolder in case you did not receive any emails from us .

Additional delivery time for personalised items is about 1 week* in case of a name embroidery and 4-6 weeks* for logo embroideries.

We will send a track-and-trace link to the e-mail address provided. This link gives you a quick overview of the shipping status. Please therefore check carefully that the correct e-mail address has been entered when placing an order.

Samples can be ordered easily in the webshop. We recommend this especially in the context of a planned embroidery and if you are unsure about the definition of your size.

In some cases, the parcel service provider delivers the package, but the customer did not receive it. In order for us to best assist you in this case, we ask you to follow the steps below:

  1. First check your tracking number to determine where the package possibly was dropped off. For example, has it been handed over to a neighbor or a service point?
  2. Contact the courier, this often ensures a quicker response.
  3. If that fails, we ask you to contact us. Please have your customer and order number ready.

We will then initiate a search via the carrier. This investigation may take a up to 10 days - for this we ask for your understanding.

Enter the promotional code at the end of the checkout process. Unless specifically stated, multiple promotions cannot be combined for one order. If you experience any problems using a promotional code, please contact us before proceeding with payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts after the order/payment process has been completed.

Please check the products in the basket - if these are partner specific products, accessories or student orders, the code will not work. If this is not the case, the discount code may be invalid or it may be because there is already another code active in the cart. If you need help with a discount code, please contact our customer service.

If neither of these apply, please send the discount code to sales@lenouveauchef.com and we will check it. It may be an old code that is not yet included in the new platform.

Once the order is completed and the payment was successful, a confirmation will be sent by email. When the order has been processed, you will receive another email notification containing the track & trace link.

If you have not received any emails, please check the status of the payment and your SPAM folder - this may be the cause. If none of the above applies, please contact us.

Until the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, an order can be cancelled and/or changed. This can be done by sending an email during office hours to info@lenouveauchef.co.uk or via our chat. Send us the full name, order number, products and action(s) that needs to be taken. We will send a confirmation after adjusting the order.

If the order has already been shipped, it can of course be returned according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

You will find our invoice in the order confirmation sent after placing your order. This email contains a link to download the invoice directly. We recommend you search your inbox (or spam folder) for the order number.

When ordering in the webshop, it is not possible to correct invoices afterwards. For this reason, we ask you to carefully check the information provided.

Le Nouveau Chef does not offer gift vouchers at the moment.

As soon as we received and processed your returned goods, you will receive a notification via email. Processing a return takes 2-10 working days from receipt in our warehouse.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will send you a separate email with the credit note and the amount will be transferred to your account within 5 to 7 working days. In the event that the amount of the credit note matches the amount of the corresponding outstanding invoice, this will be settled."
