Expected Delivery Times
Your orders are processed and shipped via our trusted partners. For deliveries within the United Kingdom we offer free shipping for orders above £250 and have have two shipping options available:

Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days - Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking
Once your order is placed and in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s journey. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive these updates. For personalized items, delivery typically takes longer, depending on the selected embroidery service.

After completing your order and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify all details for accuracy. If you do not see this email, check your spam or junk folder. Should you have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
Cancelling or Modifying Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, you can do so until it is packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us via the chat or email us at info@lenouveauchef.co.uk with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation or modification. We will acknowledge your request and adjust your order or process a refund as needed. If your order has already been processed, you may return it following our Return & Exchange policy.
