Returns & Exchanges Overview

Our returns and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and efficient. To ensure a hassle-free return or exchange, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Checklist

  • 14-Day Approval Period: You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Ensure that your return is initiated within this timeframe.
  • Product Condition: The product must not be customized, as customized items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
  • Original State: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used items.

Return Process

  • Step 1
    Attach (a copy of) the delivery note to your return package. Clearly list the products being returned and specify whether each item is to be credited or exchanged. If exchanging, indicate the desired replacement product, size, or colour.

  • Step 2
    Carefully pack the products in their original packaging. Place them inside a sturdy, weatherproof shipping box. Do not use the product packaging as the shipping package. Include the packing slip in the package.

  • Step 3
    Send the parcel to the following address at your own expense:

  • Step 4
    Upon receipt, your return will be inspected and processed within 48 hours. For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5 working days. For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
