Shareholders keep a watchful eye on the operations of Le Nouveau Chef Holding B.V., while the Management Board oversees the management of Le Nouveau Chef B.V. It's all about ensuring accountability and steering our ship towards a future that's prosperous.
Leadership
We believe in mindful leadership, where our executives, led by shareholders Paul van Luipen and Madelon ten Hoope, actively guide our company with sustainability at the forefront of decision-making. Our CEO, Mr. Van Luipen, and COO/CSO, Ms. Blaauw, along with our dedicated management board, are committed to integrating more balanced practices into our daily operations. Le Nouveau Chef's shareholders, Paul van Luipen and Madelon ten Hoope actively influence the company's direction by collaborating in decision-making, approving strategies, and selecting employees. CEO Paul holds daily responsibility and actively works on international sales, client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies and makes major corporate decisions.
