Le Nouveau Chef UK offers the possibility to personalize your products with embroidery. You can use our embroidery tool to add your name or text on every chef jacket.

In order to provide you with the best possible service for logo or more complex embroideries, we ask you to go through the step-by-step plan below. Please send your choices to info@lenouveauchef.co.uk.

Logo embroidery

To personalise your products with custom logo embroidery, please follow the steps below:

1. Select Products and Variants:
   Choose the products, including the desired variants (size/colour), and specify the quantity for each item that you wish to have personalised with logo embroidery.
2. Choose Logo Position and Size:
   Select the position(s) and size(s) for your logo(s) on the product. Please note that the position is always referenced from the wearer's perspective.
3. Submit Your Request:
   Send the details from steps 1 and 2, along with a high-quality file of your logo(s), to info@lenouveauchef.com.

Once we receive your request, we will provide a digital preview and a quotation for approval. Upon your confirmation on the design and payment, we will proceed with the embroidery process, which typically takes about 3-5 weeks. Your logo will also be saved to your account, allowing you to easily reorder the same personalisation online for future orders.

Text embroidery

To personalise your products with custom text embroidery, please follow the steps below:

1. Use Our Online Embroidery Tool
   First, check if the text personalisation tool is available for your chosen product. If available, an 'Add Embroidery' button will appear once you select a size on the product page.
2. Select Products and Variants
   If the tool is not available for your product, please email us the product details, including the desired variants (size/colour), and specify the quantity for each item you wish to personalise with text embroidery.
3. Choose Text Position and Size
   Select the preferred position(s) and size(s) for your text on the product. Please note, the position is always determined from the wearer's perspective.
4. Font and Colour
   Choose your preferred font and colour code from the options provided below this text.
5. Submit Your Request
   Once you have gathered all the details from steps 2, 3, and 4, please send your request to info@lenouveauchef.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will send you a digital preview along with a quotation for your approval. Once the design and payment are confirmed, we will proceed with the embroidery process. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for completion after the payment and final confirmation.
