We prioritize social and environmental responsibility, holding ourselves accountable through key performance indicators (KPI’s). These KPI’s are simple, measurable goals that guide us in making positive impacts on both society and the environment.
KPI’s for 2023:
Emissions Management:
- Measure emissions annually to set reduction goals.
Recycling Programs:
- Implement recycling programs for cardboard and glass at all facilities.
Sustainable Mobility:
- Develop a sustainable mobility plan, including business travel and corporate cars.
- Aim for 100% electric corporate cars.
Product Compliance:
- Ensure 100% compliance with Restricted Substance List (RSL) and Manufacturing Restricted Substance List (MRSL).
Transparency and Education:
- Inform consumers about the use of sustainable fibers.
- Start Life Cycle Assessments for major products.
- Execute a Product Compliance procedure.
Workplace Equality and Training:
- Achieve gender diversity in executive positions.
- Ensure equal gender payment.
- Implement a comprehensive training policy.
- Achieve 100% completion of Data & Privacy and Code of Ethics training for all employees.
Supplier Relations:
- Ensure all suppliers comply with RSL and MRSL.
- Achieve 100% completion of Responsible Business Conduct by suppliers.

Certifications and Energy Efficiency:
- Attain SMETA certification for all facilities.
- Replace fluorescent lamps with LED lighting.
- Measure emissions from air and sea freight transportation.
Chemical Management and Product Innovation:
- Build a Chemical Management Plan with measurable KPIs.
- Introduce an undyed chef's jacket and apron with a Life Cycle Assessment.
Quality Assurance and Sustainability in Procurement:
- Test 100% of new product launches.
- Conduct risk assessments for freedom of association.
- Prioritize diversity in supplier management.
Health and Safety:
- Regularly audit manufacturing facilities for compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Implement an annual training program on discrimination and harassment.
Environmental Impact Reduction:
- Aim for 25% recycled fiber in product weight.
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25%.
- Start measuring emissions from outbound freight transportation.
Circular Economy and Responsible Packaging:
